TIMMY MAYS products are individually handcrafted using genuine leather. Handmade goods built from natural materials are expected to have slight deviations, making each piece unique. Scars, branding marks, color and texture variation are normal and intrinsic to leather.

Shipping
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order items ship within 7-14 business days. Domestic orders ship by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please contact me for expedited shipping at an additional cost. International orders ship by USPS International Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes and fees. All orders include a tracking number.

Exchanges
Unused items in original condition accompanied by receipt and tags can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, tracking and insurance. Custom, sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged. I want you to be happy with your purchase; please get in touch if you have any questions.

Leather Care
Leather does not require cleaning. Allow build up of water stains, sun spots and oily finger prints to develop into rich patina. To keep leather supple, you can apply leather conditioner at your discretion. Leather protector spray can be used to shield from the elements. Follow manufacturer instructions and always test on an inconspicuous area first. When in doubt, consult a professional leather cleaner.
